Country House: Description Please enquire for week-end and shorter than a full week stays The house, which can be rent as a unit, is sound proof and fully insulated. Each of the three flats has its own independent entrance. Two (Flat 1 and 2) are internally linked and can form a bigger unit. Blankets are changed weekly. Charges such as electricity, water and cleeaning at the end of your stay are included in your forfait. The swimming pool is generally open from end of May to end September. Its dimensions are of 5 times 10 meters with a depth of 140 cm. Safe for children. Central heating costs in winter attract a daily charge of 20 Euro (5 Euro each for apartments 1 and 2 and 10 Euros for apartment 3). Pets are allowed keeping in mind the tranquillity of the place. Pets must be kept out of the alpaca compound. English spoken fluently. Low Season : 15th November - 6th April; Shoulder Season (7th April - 30th May; 1st October - 14th November); High Season : 1st June - 30th September; Christmas and Easter (Costs as for shoulder season) Staying longer than a week? Flat 1, Mida :
One double bedroom, one double bed sofa (plus 1 cot) lounge and kitchen, separate bathroom, entry hall for a total of 46 m2. The south/east facing apartment shares a common terrace and an internal corridor with Flat 2 to which it can be combined to give room for 6-7 residents. It offers views over the Arnada river valley, the woods and the alpacas fields.
